Rental Policy

Sparkle and Sign Yard Cards Rental Agreement - 11/21/2020

Price includes delivery, setup and pickup for a 24 hour period. Additional days can be purchased. We personally set up and remove your custom yard cards so all you have to do is celebrate!

Delivery and Pick up: We deliver Yard Cards Display after 8:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m., and pick them up the following day. Hazardous Conditions: We cannot make Yard Cards Display deliveries during severe, hazardous weather conditions (i.e. lighting storms, flooding, hurricanes, tropical storms etc.) We will attempt to reschedule, or a full refund will be issued.

Payments: We will email you an invoice. Payments are due upon receipt to hold your date. You can pay with a credit card by Zelle or Venmo.

Rental and Reservation Policies:

  1. Payment is required to confirm and hold your date.

  2. Customers will be invoiced for any missing or damaged Sparkle and Sign Display items.

  3. For safety, of everyone, especially children, PLEASE DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around Sparkle and Sign Display. Our display items WILL NOT support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on. PLEASE discourage all persons from playing on or around the Sparkle and Sign Display.

  4. DO NOT MOVE, throw away, or vandalize our Yard Cards. ALL Yard Cards are our property and business. Contact us for any removal or concerns immediately.

  5. Do not damage. Customer is responsible for protecting inventory from any damages that might be caused due to flying debris from lawn mowers, string trimmers, dogs, etc.

  6. DO NOT ATTACH anything to Sparkle and Sign Display. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot and blowing against signs will cause damage.

  7. If you have a lawn crew, maintenance worker, please arrange for them on a date that the Yard Cards are not on the lawn. Customer is responsible for grass clipping stains.

  8. Posing next to the Sparkle and Sign display is encouraged. However, please DO NOT pull any part of the display from the ground. Sparkle and Sign and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damages that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up, rental or removal of any rental.

  9. Sparkle and Sign is NOT responsible for damages to underground sprinkler hoses that could get punctures.

  10. By placing an order with Sparkle and Sign you agree to all policies stated above.
